?To define/optimize procedure or system to guarantee quality requirement of Dior. Be the contact window with SJDB for the project parts.

?Dear with 2 to 3 external new projects 

1.VEEVA (with SJDB, 3 months) 

2.CMOS (with SGP, end Dec 2019) 

3.Brain cube (with IT) 

?Be in charge of 5-8 internal continuous improvement project 

1.Online QC skill matrix (end Dec 2019)   

2.New components inspection plan optimization (end Jun 2020) 

3.Optimize NP process

?Manage about 300 effective documentation (Validate & submit new documentation. Make certain all document up to date for the whole factory)   

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION (Basic training, professional experience, Foreign languages, etc.) 该职务所需的主要技能（基础培训，专业经验，外语等）       

?Min 2 years’ experience

?Could have quality, production, project management even internal control background   

?Open minded 

?Fluent in English speaking and written, French is a plus 

?Good data analysis skill

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责 

?Contact window for external project（e.g. Veeva, Braincube, Cmos）

?Optimize work flow internally, externally 

?Deal with continuous improvement project (Lead new inspection plan project and Online QC skill matrix project, etc.）  

?Document management (Validate & submit new documentation. Make certain all document up to date for the whole factory)
