职位描述
1.协助中心的品牌推广、学员招生工作，达成每月的招生指标；
2.接待来访客户(家长),负责客户的课程咨询、签约、排班相关工作（Preview，Trial Class，Referral, Renewal…）；
3.建立家长与中心之间沟通、维护已建立的渠道；
4.为客户统筹安排各类活动和服务（学员调班、请假、资讯服务等）；
5.协助教务部门建立良好服务品质；
6.配合及参与中心及总公司提供的在职训练；
7.协助安排各类对外联谊活动。
要求：
l 大专以上学历，有（学前）教育或培训机构相关专业经验优先；
l 有销售或培训等工作经验优先；具备早期教育行业从业经验或幼儿相关行业工作经验1年以上优先；
l 较强的时间管理能力和执行能力；语言表达能力强，思维敏锐，协调能力好；正直诚信，具有良好的职业道德和团队精神，认真负责，心理素质好，可承受较大工作压力；
工作时间9：30-18:00，每周休息两天
薪资：基础薪资5000-7000，业绩提成比例面谈
工作地点：上海市浦东新区金科路2966号创智空间6层
