Responsibilities

- Manage relationship with business - life science clients and procurement contacts in China’s top tier life science clients

- Assist Account Leadership in cooperation and coordination with client service teams from different functions

- Identify and gather information on clients’ expectations through regular meetings and interactions

- Assist Account Leadership to organize account team meeting, manage follow- up actions, and prepare required reports

- Attend events with Account Leader to help increase KPMG market visibility and foster a business network

- Fully understand the accounts and related sectors (e.g. Company background, financial data, recent development, members of BOD)

- Support event organization and activities to improve broader client connectivity

- Maintain the relevant KPIs and regularly revenue review against milestones and targets; including effective engagement and pursuit activity data and reports to team

- Facilitates relationship building, planning and execution with key stakeholders in portfolio

- Works with team to develop and track the client relationship strategy, and plan touch point actions to strengthen relationships

- Deploys National Marketing and Communications campaign on the account

- Develop an understanding of services and solutions to determine which initiatives would be of relevance and importance to key stakeholders / decisionmakers

- Assist with the communications and the client relationship ownership

- Track the account pipeline

Experience requirement

- Bachelor Degree at least (life sciences and healthcare major preferred)

- At least 3- 5 years relevant client management or other markets area, 5- 8 years- experience is preferable

- Significant experience in a client- facing role. An understanding of professional services would be an advantage

- Self- driven and creative thinking, ability to take on multiple activities and tasks

- Strong organizational skills, detail- conscious, pro- active, hard- working and resilient

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with flexibility to adapt to different working styles of senior stakeholders

- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and MS office suite is essential

- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must for this role
