1. 在总经理、液货船队经理和船员部经理的领导下，协助船员部经理做好船员部工作；与船员公司、船员代理公司以及船员本人保持密切联系，了解船员资源和动态；挖掘优秀的船员并保持公司船员队伍的相对稳定；

Assist Crewing Manager with the work in Crewing Department under the leadership of GM, Tanker Fleet Manager and Crewing Manager; keep close contact with crew manning agents and crewmembers; be aware of the resources and movement of crewmembers; to recruit excellent crews and stabilize the crewing team.

2. 监督分管船舶体系运行情况，发现“不符合”时向船员部经理报告；协助船员部经理对本部门发生的“不符合”实施纠正措施；

Report to Crewing Manager when any non-conformity is identified; take corrective actions against the non-conformity found in Crewing Department.

3. 组织安排船员上船前的培训及培训效果评估；

Organize and valuate training for pre-joining crewmembers;

4. 做好分管船舶的调配工作，确保船舶满足配员要求；

In charge of deployment of crewmember and ensure to meet the requirement of ship safety manning;

5. 组织安排新聘船员（含晋升）的面试，并作好有关记录；

Organize the interview for newly recruited (including promoted) crewmember, retain the relevant records.

6. 对船员进行跟踪管理并建立船员档案，管理好在船船员证书；

Conduct follow-up management of crew, establishing crew’s files and management of certificates for shipboard crewmembers;

7. 发生人身伤害事故时，参与船舶事故调查处理，做好善后工作；

Make records of incidents resulting in marine injury, participate in the investigation and deal the aftermath settlement properly;

8. 协调处理在船船员就医和遣返事宜；

Arrange the medical treatment for the injured crewmember and repatriation

9. 在接船中，安排船员上船并顺利交接；

Assist Crewing Manager to arrange crewmembers to join onboard and smoothly take over during the ship take-over.

10. 完成上级领导交给的其它事务;

Do other work assigned by superiors.

任职要求：

1. 具有在其它公司担任该职务经历或两年以上本公司船上/岸基工作经历优先；

Similar experience of the same position in other company or over 2-year shore/ship-based experience within the Company

2. 具有大学专科以上学历或两年以上高级船员经历；

Associate degree or above, or over 2-year senior Superintendent onboard experience;

3. 熟悉公司安全质量管理体系；

Be familiar with Company Safety and Quality Management System;

4. 具有较好的中、英文表达能力；

Good command of Chinese and English

5. 具有较好的领导能力；

Good leadership

6. 具有较好的人事管理能力；

Good capability of HR Management
