4、协助技术主管编写相应的技术规范；

6、处理上级安排的其它事宜。

工作地点：上海市闵行区

1. Responsible for providing network and PC technical support to customers;

2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of customer network equipment;

3. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of software and hardware failures of customers' PCS;

4. Assisted the technical supervisor to prepare the corresponding technical specifications;

5. Maintain a good relationship with customers and maintain a good image of the company;

6. Handle other matters arranged by superiors.
