工作职责:

1、协助招聘主管进行招聘活动，主要包括：发布职位信息，筛选应聘简历，邀约候选人面试；

2、准备面试资料，整理应聘人员信息；

3、准备与安排面试；

4、完成上级安排的其他人力资源相关工作。

任职资格:

1、2020届在校学生，本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、行政管理、心理学等人文社科类专业优先；

2、沟通能力强，逻辑思路清晰，能在压力下工作，具有高度责任心和团队合作精神；

3、熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；

4、每周至少四天到岗。
