• Support with training preparation and follow up work, including renting the training room, preparing attendance form, setting up training room and equipments, modifying training signing up, collecting and translating feedbacks, etc.
• Be responsible for arranging trainees to do tests, supervising the process and collecting their papers or files
• Help with training recording or editing work, taking training photos during the training session
• Assist in maintaining Virtuos.net training issues, including uploading training materials, videos, updating data, making certificate icons, etc.
• Assist in the translation of quarterly training articles in the Newsletters
• Be responsible for pushing trainees to submit their homework, checking their completion status, pushing mentors to deliver their mentee reports regularly, etc.
• Be responsible for training document filing and some scanning and copying work
• Provide help in employee on board and resignation issues, including preparing on board forms, collecting on board documents, scanning documents, printing contracts, taking badge photos, etc.
• Assist in company and monthly communication activities and provide administrative support, including birthday party, annual party, outing, film watching, etc.
• Help with monthly recognition activity in photo making and posting and prizes distributing
• Provide other temporary supportive work to training and ER related issues

Qualifications:

• Undergraduates or postgraduates in university, English/HR major is preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft skills like Word/Excel/PPT
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Relative internship experience is preferred
• At least can work three days a week
