Job Title:

Collections specialist

Key Responsibilities:

AR collections for mainland China :

Regular calls and emails with customers to achieve collection targets

Monitors account receivables including overdue accounts

Builds relationship with relevant business partners to ensure smooth cooperation

Runs payment history or credit investigation of customers.

Makes regular AR collection plan and submits weekly/monthly cash forecast

Issues dunning letters to overdue customers.

Timely escalate collection issues and find resolutions

Other tasks assigned by local managers

Experience& Educational requirements

Some related work experience in collection or finance or in a related field

Be eager to learn, good at communication, a hard worker and a team player.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

A quick learner on collection software and/or accounting system
