主要职责：

1.    根据客户品牌调性和风格，独立完成具体的设计制作工作，包括但不限于H5、小程序/小游戏、 EDM、 平面海报、长图文、信息图等;

2.    和客户组一起，参与设计创意的客户会议，并能提供相关建议；

3.    把控自己所设计作品的质量和时间进度，满足项目进程；

4.    向商业、产品、编辑和技术团队提供设计和用户体验原则和技术方面的专业建议。

任职要求：

1.    3年以上social互动、数字营销或广告公司设计工作经验，大学学历，艺术/设计/数字设计等相关专业；

2.    具有优秀的审美力，视觉创意执行能力；懂手绘，能具备一定的插画能力优先考虑；了解熟悉各式互动传播表现形式；熟练掌握主要设计软件，特别是PS和AI，Flash, AE, Premiere Pro，***D等，熟悉动图制作、三维建模，视频剪接者优先考虑；服务过洋酒、lifestyle的客户优先；

3.    具有强烈的责任心，善于沟通与协作，能高质量高效率的完成工作；有较强的创意思维能力和创新精神；

4.    具备一定的解读文案能力，对文字排版、色彩、设计布局，构图等有较深入的理解；

5.    请随附个人作品。

Competency

1.    Independently completed the specific design work according to the customer's brand adjustment and style, including but not limited to H5, applets/mini games, EDM, print posters, long graphics, information charts, etc.

2.    Work with account team, participate in the client meetings and provide relevant suggestions.

3.    Control the quality and time schedule of the design work to meet the project progress.

4.    Offer expert advice to commercial, product, editorial and technical teams on design and UX principles and technologies.

Requirements

1.    More than 3 years design experience in social interaction, digital marketing or advertising company, university degree and majored in Art/Design/Digital Design.

2.    Have excellent aesthetic and visual creative execution ability; good command of hand drawing, those who have ability to make illustration are preferred; understanding of various forms of interactive communication. High proficiency in major design software, especially PS, AI, Flash, AE, Premiere Pro, ***D, etc. Those who are familiar with GIF animation, 3D modeling and video editing are preferred; those who have served foreign wine and lifestyle customers are preferred.

3.    Have a certain ability to interpret articles, and have a deep understanding of text layout, color, design layout, composition and so on.

4.    Have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication and collaboration, be able to complete work with high quality and efficiency; have strong creative thinking and innovative ability.
