Set up & manage incoming inspection for purchased parts

– 参与新产品的开发及跟踪项目进展直至产品批产

Involved in new products development and follow up the project until mass production

– 负责完成新供应商及新零件的开发

Responsible for new supplier & new product development

– 进行定期的供应商评估审核

Carry out regularly supplier evaluation audits

– 组织并完成外购件的认可工作

Organize and carry out release test for purchased parts

– 锁定可疑零件或原材料

Block the suspect parts or raw material

– 识别问题，拒收不合格原材料并通报直接领导

Identify the problem, reject the nonconformity raw material and report direct manager

– 要求供应商制订纠正措施并验证

Require supplier to make a corrective action and verification

– 定期与总部联系，通报其原材料供货质量

Contact headquarters regularly, report to them about the component quality.
