Enhance local sales execution in key channels (70%)

1. Drive initiatives to improve sales productivities at ground level. ;
2. Drive sales activities by implementing promotion and training initiatives with local teams;
3. Drive relationship development with key account sales functions;

Improve key account satisfaction (30%)

1. Establish good communication with key accounts at all levels with timely response;
2. Work out joint business plan with key accounts;
3. Work with local teams to achieve joint target of key accounts.

录用条件：

• University graduate or above, preferably in Marketing and Economic
• Over 5 years related experience in insurance industry; work experience in sales promotion or marketing function is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge in responsible product/area.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• Good communication capability with proficiency in English and Chinese.
