岗位职责：

Position Responsibilities:

1、全面负责统筹签证部门工作，对市场推广提供技术支持；

Fully responsible for coordinating the work of the visa department and providing technical support for market promotion;

2、针对不同客户群体，负责对于产品结构、制式标准化服务流程的设计与完善；

Responsible for the design and improvement of product structure and standardization service process for different customer groups;

3、对于签证咨询项目文案的撰写，并对相关产品信息、发布渠道的管理与维护；

Writing of the visa application project copy and management and maintenance of related product information and distribution channels; Compile the visa consulting projects, Mange and maintain related product information and distribution channels.

4、根据客户相关信息与客户进行有效沟通，及时、准确的给出出签方案；

Communicate effectively with the customer according to the relevant information of the customer, and give the effective visa plan in a timely and accurate manner;

5、关于客户问题的接待、解答与处理，并完成月度客户问题分析报告；

Reception, answer and handling of customer questions, and complete monthly customer problem analysis report;

6、根据不同市场推广渠道的选择提出合理化建议，并对于客户线上、线下申请效率与结果的负责。

Provide reasonable suggestions based on the different marketing channels, and be responsible for the efficiency and results of online and offline application.

任职资格：

Qualifications:

1、工商管理、英语、市场营销等相关专业本科以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above in business administration, English, marketing or other related majors;

2、优秀的中、英文沟通能力，具其他小语种更佳；

Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with other minor languages siklls would be better;

3、相关3年以上工作经验，具有带领团队经历；

At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with leading team experience;

4、客户服务意识较强，缜密的逻辑与清晰的工作思路，文笔佳；

With strong customer service awareness, meticulous logic and clear working ideas, good writing ability;

5、非常优秀的团队合作精神。

Strong good team-work spirit.
