1、熟悉服装生产工艺及业务跟单流程，熟悉工厂生产流程

2、有较强的生产规划，负责跟进大货的生产进度，跟进外发厂货期和质量，保证订单的质量与交期；

3、与工厂有良好的沟通协调能力，并能及时发现、解决生产过程中出现的问题；

4、有较强的品质意识和责任意识，负责对服装定单的整体统筹、对货期、品质进行监控；

5、具备良好的团队合作精神和积极主动的工作态度，工作仔细、爱岗敬业，抗压能力强

任职要求：

1、5年以上服装跟单工作经验，中专及以上学历， 对服装生产有浓厚兴趣

2、愿意以积极学习的心态去解决问题，提升自己

3、熟悉办公软件，并细致有理的运用到工作上
