岗位职责：

1.负责制定风控政策、流程和程序，建立风控评价及预警机制，建设公司风控体系；

2.负责公司的风险管理，对基金投资、上市公司等业务运作流程中的各项环节进行监控，监督其合规合法情况。提供有关风险评估、测算、日常风险点检查、风险控制措施等方面的报告及针对性的建议；

3.公司其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1.45岁以下，本科以上学历，金融、经济、财会、法律等相关专业优先；

2.具有5年以上风险控制等相关工作经验，熟悉私募基金的运营、风控，有尽职调查和风险分析的经验；

3.喜欢风控先关工作，对风控工作有深刻见解；

4.基金从业资格证（或证券从业资格证）
