1       负责操作相关后台工具，为客户提供24x7的充值提现服务；

2       协助市场、销售部门与客户联络，及时准确整理客户需求及意见并形成文档反馈；

3       通过邮件、电话的方式，处理客户的咨询、建议及意见；

4       处理客户投诉，特殊个案完成其它分配的任务。

 任职要求：

1       本科以上学历；

2       拥有1年客服工作经验者优先；

3      英语四级或以上，具备基本的听说读写能力；

4       对数字敏感，认真仔细，有上进心，有良好的沟通能力；

5       能够接受轮班；热爱数字货币，有创业精神者优先；

7       电脑操作熟练，英文打字速度快，精通Word、Excel等常用办公软件。

8.      英语，日语，韩语，西班牙语，（会一种即可）
