工作内容：
1.内部沟通与人事持续性发展
2.协助经理执行人事持续发展（招聘，员工， 岗位调动，晋升和离职等）
3.绩效评估，能力评估，制定并跟踪员工发展计划
4.协助追踪敬业度执行计划
5.协调内部沟通活动
5.业务支持
6.其他销售部分配的工作
7.协助SEP项目(人事和管理模块)
职位要求：
1、良好的职业操守和职业素质，富有亲和力，认同企业文化，能承受一定工作压力，工作态度乐观积极，良好的团队合作意识；
2、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力强，良好的逻辑思维能力；
3、有耐心、积极主动，工作严谨，具有良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作意识；
4、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
教育：
本科以上学历，人力资源专业优先，有人事工作经验者优先
