工作使命Job Mission:

为销售团队提供高效准确的行政支持工作。

主要工作任务Main Tasks：

工作任务包括但不限于：

· 给予销售过程及合同进程相关的行政支持；

· 为部门内的销售同事把销售订单录入ERP系统；

· 根据ERP系统，向供应商下单采购，并跟踪货物的交货期情况，及时反馈给销售；

· 负责接收供应商的来货，并做好货物清点核对及入库；

· 根据销售同事的安排发货并跟踪货物送达情况；

· 作为部门之间的联系窗口，与内部部门紧密沟通及配合；

· 项目资料的整理，分类，记录及归档；

· 支持部门其他行政工作。

任职要求Job Qualification:

教育背景 Education Background:

· 大专及以上学历

工作经验 Work Experience:

· 拥有部门行政经验者为佳

知识&技能Knowledge Skills:

· 熟练使用常用办公软件 Word, Excel, PPT
