General Responsibilities:

- As one of key players in Finance Department, to support management decisions with integrity, accuracy and timely report and information.

- Be responsible to oversee Finance functions includes accounting, tax and audit.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise accounting team, including GL, AP, AR staff and cashier.

- Ensure operation fully compliance with local statutory requirements & group policy.

- Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of all reports, including monthly statutory report to local authorities and management report to HQ

- Assist in preparation of annual budget and 3 year business plan

- Assist in Financial planning and analysis

- Assist in improving internal control system and accounting system

- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit process;

- Other tasks assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

- University graduate with Bachelor or above in accounting or finance major.

- Minimum 6 years working experience, preferably in foreign enterprises

- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting supervision/management roles

- Work-knowledge of International and PRC Accounting Standards,

- Work-knowledge of local tax regulations & rules

- Solid work experience with accounting software or ERP system

- Good communication and financial analysis skill

- Good verbal and written English

- Responsible, stable, detail oriented, a good team work player,

- CPA or ACCA qualification, familiar with Yongyou system, auditing work experience and related-industry work experience, any of the above mentioned will be a plus
