Marketing Trainee 市场培训生

1. General Purpose & Scope of the Job Position

Marketing Trainee is responsible for building up market intelligence of color cosmetics and developing new business/market with other team members and sales team.

2. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

(Major Activities of position, framework and boundaries of the job, challenges, etc. this should be a list of broad responsibilities and not a list of every single aspect of a job role or ever single task necessary to accomplish key deliverables)

1)Help build up marketing intelligence (customer information, market trend, regulation, competition, etc.)

2)Support marketing activities (exhibition, seminar, advertisement, sales kit preparation, etc.)

3)Analyze marketing information & sales data, write analysis report and prepare analysis PPT.

4)Track and analyze new projects, work with sales team to generate new business and meet new business target.

5)Learn relevant product/application knowledge and marketing skills by product training from internal expert or supplier or self-learning from WElearn.

6)To achieve the assigned KPI which is related with the new business developing

3. Key Skills & Abilities

(What are the 3-5 core skills and competencies someone must have to be successful in the position?)

1)Bachelor degree or above in Chemical/Chemistry or related disciplines

2)1~2 years working experience in the marketing or technical support of chemical industry, cosmetics raw materials experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with master degree are also welcome to apply for this position.

3)Marketing sense, good communication with others.

4)Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English

5)Well skills in MS office, and in PPT making is plus.

The position will be responsible for working with other team members to meet the target of new business

(The target is 1.5 million USD for 2017).
