Objective of Job

CDD as a whole develops everything from Exterior, Interiors, Seats, and all component design (lighting, etc.) from concept to production.

Brief Task Description

* Good understanding of design process

* Accurately translate designer’s ideas, scans, verbal descriptions and reference photos into 3D math data.

* Check and sensitive with Class-A surface quality, responsible for delivering assigned projects on time

* Support digital modeling manager and project manager in developing the timing plan, and implement work directive

* Support the design and surface review

* Manage the work of digital modeling suppliers

* Balance the style requests and technical constraints

Qualifications

Education:

* Bachelor or equivalent in Industrial Design or related field

Skills & Competence:

* Experienced in Alias and VRED

* 5+ years of experience in automotive CAS and Class-A Surfacing development

* Good organization and issue solving skills

* Familiar with automotive Product and Process Development

* Fluent in English and Chinese

* Good cross function communication and presentation skills.

* Willing to share knowledge with other team members
