职位描述
Run business workshop per business process, lead business discussion and requirement analysis;
Conduct data model & function design, taking SAP IS-U CCS as the reference;
Requirements:
- Understand customer service & retail business of utility industry;
- Has SAP IS-U CCS experience/knowledge;
- Know the data model / system functionality of customer billing per tiered pricing, customer accounting receivable & collection, payable by banking/magnetic card, daily statement, accounting consolidation and integration with SAP FICO;
