1. Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment

2. Build and deliver operation/delivery excellence training and coach on business excellence principles

3. Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes

4. Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key performance/operating results, train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles

5. Provide support/input to weekly/monthly KPI reports and review meetings

6. Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices.

Key qualifications:

1. Proven track record of driving programs or projects ete in a highly-matrixed environment

2. Extensive operational experience and project management background, preferably with product deployment background

3. Ability to influence product sloth maintenance team people to deliver cClobotics desired-experience to customers

4. Ability to build strong relationship with key internal partners, skilled at influencing and communicating across geographies, cultures, time-zones and organization levels

5. A curious mind to continuously ask probing questions

6. Great attention to details
