负责FINETECH公司系列高精度半导体/光电贴片机、SMT返修工作台等设备的销售、技术支持、工艺应用。
要求：
1. 具有半导体后道封装或电子SMT（特别是半导体贴片、光电器件贴片，或SMT返修）工作经验3年以上
2. 具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，能够胜任工作语言为英文
3. 机电一体化、电子封装、光电工程或相关专业大专以上学历
4. 良好的销售潜能，学习、动手能力，团队合作精神，肯吃苦耐劳，工作积极，能适应国外培训及较长时间国内出差
5. 有半导体封装设备和电子SMT设备代理销售、技术服务经验者或具备良好的客户基础者优先。

Job Description:
In charge of the Sales, Application Support, and some times Services for FINETECH series Flip Chip Bonder, Opto-Bonder, and SMT rework stations in China.
Requirement:
1. Two+ years of experience in semiconductor back-end and or electronics SMT assembly, especially experience in Optoelectronics die bonding, precise die bonding and or advanced SMD Rework applications.
2. Good English skill in both speaking, reading, and writing
3. Colleague+ degree, major in Electrical-Mechanical engineering, Electrical Packaging engineering, Opto Engineering, and or related.
4. Good capability to do sales, self-driven, and good team working, can afford of the trips to Germany and China domestic.
5. Priority to the persons who have related customer base
