Treasury and Administration

 1.Support to ensure all payments processed are in full compliance with internal controls, approved financial procedures, legal and statutory regulations.

 2.Ensure validity, completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all processed payments.

 3.Issuance of invoices, including entities incorporated in and outside China. 

 4.Prepare and update on periodical Greathorse’s cash and bank statements.

 5.Assist on periodical transactions that required representation from the Company at banks, tax bureaus and other statutory organizations.

 6.Administrative support for Finance department.

 7.Support OA Project implementation.

 8. Any Ad hoc project.

本职位的技能和资格要求:

 1.Qualified accountant or graduate with accountancy or finance background with at least 2 years relevant and related working experience in similar capacity.

 2.Experience in shipping industry an added advantage.

 3.Knowledge and familiar with relevant legislations in China. 

 4.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.

 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively with all level of organization, internal and external, and situations.

 6.Self-motivated, performance driven and able to work under pressure.

 7.Attention to details.

 8.Excellent PC skills, especially proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

 9.Experience in accounting software 用友 and systems implementation and integration projects, an added advantage.
