PURPOSE OF VACANCY

This job is for driving MAIA ACTIVE to success by initiating and directing the strategic development

of marketing programs, promotions, and/or brand initiatives to drive business growth and the

company's overall marketing approach and br and goals.

？ To d evelop long term strategies and marketing/branding plans

？ To lead and mentor cross functional teams to develop strategic marketing approach and

activities on a rolling 12 18 month calendar with appropriate budgeting model

？ To i nitiate to help founder/CEO to develop marketing budgets and evaluate spend levels,

effectiveness and crea te recommendations for optimization

？ To e valuate potential marketing partnership, sponsorships and other on going

relationships, including measurement of operating performance and delivery of shared

business objectives

？ To plan and manage marketing departmen t working processes and practices to ensure all

programs are aligned with company’s business goals and objectives

Business and Functional Expertise

？ To d evelop cross channel one voice marketing/branding/communication plans and put it

into execution

？ To d efine branding and creative architecture and communication strategies to adapt into

different stages of business growth

？ To l ead multiple functional teams to create and adapt meaningful promotions, programs,

and projects

？ To iden tify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate

team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and
