Objective of Job

Consolidate country financial reporting for APAC region. Collaborate with countries across the region, understand the business rationale behind report, and deliver valuable analysis to senior management

Brief Task Description

1. Collect and prepare monthly P&L reporting for FGA sectors, including national sales company, joint venture, Financial Co., & R&D center; Provide insightful comments on their performance vs budget/forecast/prior year, etc.,

2. Provide necessary information to central team for HFM (Group Consolidation System) monthly actual closing;

3. Support the quarterly forecast closing process in HFM;

4. Prepare the regional annual operating plan and 5 year business plan development for FGA sectors;

5. Ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting or finance

2. CICPA or other international accounting qualification holder preferred

3. >=.4 years' related working record in Accounting or Finance

4. Strong experience in financial analysis area, prefer >= 3 years FP&A experience in a Multinational Company

5. Experience in consolidation is preferred

6. Strong communication skills, plus good written and oral English

7. Excellent MS Office skillset

8. Good team player and positive attitude

9. 'Can-do' attitude and is able to work under pressure
