Your tasks:

  

1. Deploy SCHOTT IT policy/new system/new tool into SCHOTT Tubing, based on One-IT standards and processes.

2. Implement all IT policies and procedures in SCHOTT Tubing, including those for security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provisions according to One-IT standards.

3. Manage IT resources for SCHOTT Suzhou e.g. Active Directory, Servers, PCs, Printers, IT Phones, Blackberry, VPN access, Networking & etc.

4. Responsible for SLA-conformant, reinstatement of normal service with minimal disruption of business operation.

5. Analyzes disruptions, creates disruption reports, classifies disruptions, provide immediate elimination support; coordinate measures for reinstating normal business operation.

6. In coordination with the relevant service and operations manager, be responsible for monitoring, tracking, completion and communication in connection with the disruption.

7. Derivation of sustainable measures from incidents, which occur through transfer to problem management.

8. Implementation and documentation of measures from problem, release, service level, availability, capacity and continuity management.

9. Ensures that the documentation on IT products is up-to-date.

10. Supports the China IT management (esp. RIT demand, product & project manager).as part of the China IT team

11. Involvement in rollout or other projects as a (sub-) project manager or project employee. 

12. Support for SCHOTT Tubing users such as solving hardware (PCs, Printers, Network & etc.) & software (MS Office, Notes, SAP & etc.) problems, and their general maintenance.

                        

Your profile:

  

1. Bachelor of ICT/Electricity/Electronics

2. More than 5 years’ experience as a ICT specialist (both hardware and software)

3. Good English for international business

    目前本司在肖特药品包装（浙江）有限公司（浙江省丽水市缙云县壶镇镇安居西路666号）办公，预计2020年12月迁入新工厂新址：浙江省丽水市缙云县壶镇镇安居西路688号。
