工作职责：

1、负责测试团队管理，提升团队测试技能及效率；

2、负责测试流程及规范的制订、优化及执行，统计分析测试结果，提高测试效率和质量；

3、负责制定及分发测试计划，编写及审核测试用例，搭建及维护测试环境；

4、负责移动端和B/S端(前后台)测试工作；

5、负责编写测试报告和对测试结果分析；

6、负责项把握目测试进度，执行并跟踪测试结果的整理及反馈，对测试结果负责；

7、与产品、开发人员密切沟通协作，推动公司各产品的顺利实施。

岗位要求：

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上测试项目经验，2年以上测试管理经验，有电商行业经验优先；

2、出色的团队领导能力和管理能力，有丰富的带领团队取得目标的经验；

3、熟练使用的功能测试工具、测试过程管理工具；

4、熟悉B/S测试和App测试；

5、熟悉自动化测试、性能测试；

6、较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力；

7、拥有较好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神。
