Desired Competencies：

• Build a Revenue Analysis Process and share the roadmap to improve the Revenue Management Process. 
•  Expertise suggestion in Segment Analysis, Flight Analysis & Cost analysis. 
•  Professional suggestion to improve the revenue based on Sales data and capacity data analysis of civil aviation industry in designated cities/airlines. 
• Knowledge and experience in airline revenue management. 
•  Strong interpersonal skills; promoting healthy relationships and team dynamics with internal and external stakeholders 
•  Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas 
•  Focus on the end user or customer’s needs. 
•  Good understanding of technology concepts, trends and capabilities 
•  Knowledge and experience in Revenue Accounting.                
• Desired Experience Range ：3+ years     

Responsibility：

• Build a Revenue Analysis Process and share the roadmap to improve the Revenue Management Process. 
•  A detail analysis report need to generate for Segment Analysis, Flight Analysis & Cost analysis 
•  Keep abreast of the business strategy, business plan and market trends.
• Ensure the quality & timeliness of the analysis, document acceptance criteria produced, whilst supporting risk and issue management. 
•  Coordinate with business team to capture the business needs. 
•  Analyze the Civil Aviation - Revenue data requirements and assess detailed solutions options from a Market tool perspective. 
•  Bring flexibility and a positive attitude towards delivery of services in a fast-paced environment with inherent risks and a number of stakeholders with differing views of success.
