Main Accountabilities / 主要职责

Quality Management

Quality system

-Understand, implement and maintain the requirement of ISO9001/TS16949 standard in plant and as well Marine certifications, Qualicoat and Qualanod.

-Develop quality system accordingly to make sure in line with requirement of Central Quality Assurance procedures (CQA & ACQA).

-Contribute decisively for the further development our Lean Manufacturing program – Genesis

Product quality control

-Take charge and coordinate the specification handling and sample approval of final product in order to supply the specified quality product to customer

-Take charge and coordinate the specification handling and supplier approval of incoming auxiliary material and wire rod to guarantee the production.

-Make quality control plans and implement accordingly

-Do the control of nonconformity product to prevent recurrence.

Support to process control

-Transfer the latest specification (process control spec., testing procedure, auxiliary material spec and calibration procedure) received from CQA to plant in the earliest time.

-Control (calibrate, verify, check) all measuring equipments in plant.

-Provide support to new product development.

Coordinate the customer relation/Listen to Voice of customer

-Provide a quick responsiveness to the customer and support developing partnership relations with customer.

-Improve the communication and understanding between plant and customer, get the potential requirement from customer, and handle it according to the importance.

-Get more information about market from different channels, assist to understand market well, improve the sensitivity and forecast of change of market.

Laboratory management (Possible near future)

Organize and carry out daily lab testing

-Process-control testing.

-Testing for final products control.

-Reception testing of incoming materials.

Make sure the test accuracy

-Testing system follow up (people + method + equipments)

-Make sure lab people are in line with SOP by training/auditing.

-Control testing equipments: maintenance and calibration, stability follow up.

-Make sure testing procedures are in line with Sapa specifications, customers specifications or relative specification.

-Make sure lab is in line with plant quality control requirements.

Lab cost control

-People arrangement, Optimal efficiency, reduce labor cost

-Spare parts, consumable control.

People management

-Train and coach the people, grow the team

-Motivate the people

-Responsible for lab & people safety

Education and experience required教 育 和 经 验 要 求:

Bachelor or Master degree

At least 6 years experience in quality management in JV or WOFE company, familiar with quality system, with 3 years supervisor/manager’s experience

Special qualification required特 殊 的 资 格 要 求:

Skills in people management

Skills in communication and team work

English in oral and writing skill

Leadership skill

Sapa Extrusion (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.　was established on March 8, 2003 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sapa Group Sweden.Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) was put into trial production in October 2003 and entered normal production in March 2004.
