PURPOSE

Assist in contributing to the development of capabilities and processes through continual evaluation of existing, future needs and options in accordance with corporate initiatives. Responsible for providing input into the generation of the patient and site operations plans, and collaborating with other involved Quintiles groups. May be responsible for some or all of the following activities at any one time.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Contribute to the development, planning and collaboration with internal and external customers and stakeholders to deliver accurate patient and site operations plans.

？ Assist in the delivery of an accurate and robust site operations plan in support of opportunities (including but not limited to Requests for Proposals), by obtaining required information regarding future research plans, regional priorities, and capacity plans.

？ Contribute towards prime / partner site penetration and site performance metrics through supporting the efficient patient and site operations activities.

？ Support the mapping of country / site capacity.

？ Support the generation of study related information to produce and support recommendation of recruitment rates, country allocations and site tiering. May produce summary reports and present internally .

？ Contribute to process improvement through working with Quintiles processes to deliver quality and consistency.

？ Collaborate with key stakeholders and Quintiles project teams to resolve issues.

？ Ensure all data sources are accurate and up to date.

？ Participate in patient and site operational plans.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

？ Strong interpersonal skills.

？ In depth knowledge of the drug development processes across all functional areas

？ Knowledge and ability to apply GCP / ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines

？ Effective presentation skills

？ Computer skills including proficiency in aspects of data analysis and presentation software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

？ Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English

？ Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

？ Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities

？ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

 

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

？ Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, with 3 years’ relevant experience including demonstrable experience in a regional role or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

？ Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech

？ Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

？ Regular sitting for extended periods of time

？ Occasional travel .
