Responsibilities:

·         Provide production and technical service, knowledge and experience to the company.

·         Provide production / technical solutions and advises to enhance production effectuation.

·         Develop new and appropriate production resources to meet the growing production needs and challenges.

·         Manage day to day communication and negotiation with suppliers to maximize the business benefits of both the client and the company.

·         Seamless teamwork with account/event team and creative team to ensure the delivery of production work on quality, on schedule and within budget.

·         Develop and oversee the production process both for 2D and 3D event construction, ***/lightings…etc from pre-event planning and onsite execution.

·         Other duties related to the technical / production and projects.

Requirement & Qualifications:

·         Min. 3 years of related experiences in event production and management.

·         Solid knowledge of printing, fabrication materials, event construction, ***/lightings…etc

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills with various suppliers

·         Result oriented great team player and good interpersonal skills

·         Willing-to-learn attitude of new production techs and materials etc

·         Good computer skill of office software. Knowledge of photo shop, illustrator, and AutoCAD software is preferred.

·         Fluent in both spoken & writing English and Mandarin.
