Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with Volvo Action Service, follow-up service cases, conduct dealer complete SR well as regulation
2. Maintain Service Management System timely, Trace back long time or important cases. Analyze the failure report
3. Collect quality information Report through MQR in Argus. Feedback specified OEM.
4. Support dealers or OEMs trouble-shoot technical problems through E service, phone or email.
5. Make on-site investigation for major failures in need.
6. Analyze and handle OEM/Shipyard 0 hour service request in plant.
7. Effectively solve customer complains.
8. Assist monitor and audit warranty claims.
9. Assist conduct training for dealers or OEMs or sheet user.
10. Assist in the service policy setup, execution and dealer management

1. Top5 important service issues
2. Top5 quality information
3. Key OEM support & Quality feedback periodically
4. Dealer Monthly report analysis
Year-end activities
1. Annual job summary and performance review
2. Annual dealer evaluation
3. Annual policy review
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Internal Combustion Engine is preferred.
2. At least 8 years working experience in engine industry.
3. At least 3 year experience in customer service, experience in engine industry is preferred.
4. Team work spirit with energy passion.
5. Good interpersonal communication skill.
6. Proficient written and spoken English skills.
7. Proficient PC skills.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
9. Working experience in foreign invested companies preferred.
