Primary Job Functions:
1. Keep closely involving on all of warranty service activities in China.
2. Administrate warranty claims and respond to them in an efficient and professional way
3. Following WOP standard to implement warranty handing process
4. Perform warranty data analysis, failure information feedback as reference on continuous quality improvement.
5. Keep following and recording on critical quality issues in china.
6. Focus on warranty material return and campaign implement.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Interface with dealers for claims submission / warranty issues.
2. Popularize company warranty policy to dealers / OEMs / end users
3. Register claims for offline dealers and ensure correctness of data for claims coming online.
4. Generate and process credit note to dealers and liaise with finance for the payment control.
5. Support other service engineer / managers for domestic and global service, secure feedback and internal reporting to all involved stakeholders.
6. Conduct and follow up campaign.
7. Warranty card registration and monitoring
8. Dealer warranty personnel training and induction program.
9. Other assignments from superior management.
Job Activities:
1. Warranty claims (cards) register / evaluation
2. Error log follow up and feedback
3. Warranty Old material collection and management
4. Warranty credit statistics
5. Warranty payment statistics
6. Warranty monthly report (before 15th.)
7. Annual warranty payment summary.
8. Annual quality feedback summary
Requirement:
1. University graduate major in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
2. At least 1 year of field service engineer / warranty administration experience in mechanical machine service and repair
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good at both written and spoken English
5. Detail-orientated to data/report processing.
6. Integrate and capable to undertake pressure to conform to policy and frame
7. Experience in working with dealers or OEMs is preferred
8. Team-work spirited
