POSITION: Indirect Sourcing Manager-Business Services (Danaher Corporation)

LOCATION: Shanghai

REPORTS TO: Asia Procurement VP

Responsibilities

1. Lead the integration of business services suppliers; leverage the supplier resources among the AP region.
2. Lead business services projects for Danaher Asia-Pacific Operational companies to drive for practice improvement and/or cost saving.
3. Identify further opportunities and innovate projects for improvement in the regions’ business services field.
4. Serve as project manager for business services projects where multiple businesses are involved so as to achieve operating efficiencies and enterprise asset leverage
5. Other indirect commodity sourcing work assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years’ solid indirect working experience in MNC, with sourcing work experience in business services preferred.

2. University education. Major in commerce or MBA preferred.

3. Strong data analysis and negotiation capabilities.

4. Well developed inter-personal, negotiation and presenting skills.

5. Can work with self-motivation in a complicate structured organization with diversified culture.

6. Fluent verbal and written English.
