Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales revenue of Marine engine business;

2. Responsible for sales & marketing activities for development of the Marine engine business;

3. Develop, execute & manage plans and activities in each Area, OEM & application;

4. Development of the Volvo Penta brand in the Marine business;

5. Expand Marine market share within China;

6. Plan / forecast Marine engine sales;

7. Determine the right product specification for present sales;

8. OEM, application & order process development & performance;

9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure fulfillment of sales related work; &

10. Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Requirements:

1. Degree in Marine Engineering or Inner Combustion Engine;

2. At least 5 years working experience of a similar capacity;

3. Profound understanding of the Marine Leisure or FRP Boat Builder industry;

4. Working experience in the engine or Marine Leisure industry preferred;

5. Application knowledge in Marine Propulsion engine preferred

6. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;

7. Proficiency in Chinese & English language;

8. Strong problem solving, strategizing, organizational and systematic analytical skills;

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

10. Strong CRM skills; &

11. Willingness to work irregular hours and travel for work.
