工作职责：

1. 操作和维护制备仪器，并做好使用记录；

2. 完成合成部门提交的日常纯化任务，协助他们解决纯化问题；

3. 根据样品性质开发和实施纯化方法；

4. 为合成人员及公司其他人员提供制备方面的专业咨询；

5. 管理制备数据和报告，及时上传到服务器上指定文件夹，定期备份；

6. 协助组长建立和执行制备仪器和制备方法的SOP，规范服务流程

7. 完成公司和上级安排的其他工作；

岗位要求：

1. 专科以上分析化学或相关学科教育背景

2. 熟悉色谱分离原理，熟练操作制备型HPLC，严格执行制备SOP，保证响应时间（<48 hr/样品），能够独立进行分离方法的开发

3. 掌握制备型HPLC的基本原理和构造，熟悉制备型HPLC的日常维护，可对常见故障进行简单维修处

4. 责任心强，有良好的沟通能力，积极协助合成同事解决纯化问题

5. 具备团队精神，为本小组及整个制备团队建言献策，在组内发挥积极作用

6. 严格遵守公司EHS&IP制度，维持安全整洁的工作环境，确保信息安全

Job responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain the preparation instrument and make a record of its use;

2. Complete the daily purification tasks submitted by the synthesis department to assist them in solving the purification problem;

3. Develop and implement purification methods based on the nature of the sample;

4. Provide professional advice on preparation for synthesis personnel and other company personnel;

5. Manage the preparation data and reports, upload them to the specified folder on the server in time, and back them up regularly;

6. Assist the team leader in establishing and executing SOPs for preparation instruments and preparation methods, and standardizing service processes

7. Complete other work arranged by the company and the superior;

Job requirements:

1. analytical chemistry or related subject education background

2. Familiar with the principle of chromatographic separation, skilled in preparative HPLC, strict preparation of SOP, guaranteed response time (<48 hr/sample), independent development of separation method

3. Master the basic principles and construction of preparative HPLC, familiar with routine maintenance of preparative HPLC, and perform simple maintenance on common faults.

4. Responsible, have good communication skills, and actively assist synthetic colleagues to solve purification problems

5. Have a team spirit, make suggestions for the team and the entire preparation team, and play an active role in the group.

6. Strictly abide by the company's EHS&IP system to maintain a safe and clean working environment and ensure information security
