岗位职责:

1、 负责装置水汽现场操作，将生产工艺参数控制在技术文件所规定的范围之内。
Be responsible for on-site operation of Water and Steam Area of the plant and control production process parameters within the limit specified by the technical documents.
？ 按操作程序完成日常操作，对工艺参数偏离及时处理和汇报。
Complete routine operation as per SOP; handle and report deviations of process parameters timely.
？ 执行值班长、DCS操作员下达的指令，根据生产需要完成操作，并将执行后的信息反馈。
Implement orders of shift supervisors and DCS operators, complete operation to meet the requirements of production and feedback after implementation.
2、 按时、按规定路线进行现场巡回检查，并填写巡检记录，须将发现的问题及时汇报处理。
Carry out patrol inspections as scheduled and according to the prescribed routes and fill out patrol inspection records; report and handle findings timely.
？ 检查现场工艺参数与操作程序的符合情况。
Inspect compliance of on-site process parameters and operation procedures.
？ 检查现场设备运行状况。
Inspect equipment operation status on site.
3、 做好设备的日常维护和保养。
Ensure routine maintenance and of equipment.
？ 负责动设备的润滑油、密封液等的加注。
Be responsible to fill lubrication oil and seal liquid to rotating equipment.
？ 及时消除静设备的跑冒滴漏。
Eliminate leaks of static equipment timely.
4、 严格执行作业控制程序。
Implement the procedure of Control of Work strictly.
？ 负责落实日常检维修作业的风险评估、能量隔离、监护等工作。
Be responsible to carry out risk review, energy isolation, supervision and etc. for routine maintenance.
？ 负责落实PTW的关闭工作。
Be responsible for closure of PTW.
5、 在事故状态下，及时判断事故的性质并在值班长的指挥下进行处理。
When accidents happen, judge the nature of the accidents and handle under the shift supervisor’s command.
6、 执行交接班制度。
Implement shift handing-off system.
7、 执行现场6S管理制度。
Implement 6S management system on site.
8、 参与装置的持续改进工作，积极提出合理化建议。
Participate in continuous improvement of the plant and raise rational suggestions in self-initiative way.
9、 参加公司和装置组织的各项培训，不断提高个人的技术水平和综合能力。
Attend all kinds of training of the company and the plant to improve personal skillset and comprehensive ability.
10、 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by the superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 教育背景：大专及以上学历，石油化工或相关专业。
Education Background: College degree or above, major in petrochemical or relative profession.
？ 工作经历：无工作年限要求，有石油化工行业工作经验者优先。
Working Experience: No need in working experience, and preference to the candidates with experience about petrochemical industry.
？ 良好的沟通协作能力。
Good communication and coordination capabilities.
？ 良好的团队合作意识。
Good team-work spirit.
