Job Description：

• Oversee business processes related to customs procedures, and related other law requirements in field of work.
• Update knowledge of legal or regulatory environments.
• Informing the organization with changes in law requirements and supporting necessary adjustments accordingly
• Advise the organization on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements, quotas, or other customs-related matters.
• Stay abreast of changes in import or export laws or regulations by reading current literature, attending meetings or conferences, or conferring with colleagues
• Organizes customs clearance and all customs formalities related to business operations
• Cooperates with freight forwarding and customs authorities and organizes receipt and shipment of goods
• Prepares and controls necessary documentation for shipping and receipt
• Keeps records of all received and shipped goods, equipment, materials
• Solves non-compliance related to difference in material and documentation and any customs procedure issue
• Prepares written reports on activities
• Prepare, request or compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, customs approvals, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents.
• Confer with officials in various agencies to facilitate clearance of goods through customs and quarantine.
• Obtain documentation to authorize activities.
• Check of preferential origin calculations
• Coordinate and control calculation duty and tariff payments on shipments.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation activities.
• Calculate data to inform organizational operations.
• Support classification of goods according to tariff coding system.
• Examine product information to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Follow up or arrange for payment of, taxes and duties on shipments.
