一、淮 HUAI
◆字从水，从隹(zhuī)，“隹”本指“鸟儿”，特指“鸟头”，引申为“高、精、尖”。“水”与“隹”联合起来表示“***水”、“水至清”。
The Chinese character consists of two parts: Shui (water) and Zhui.
