Education Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Education Supervisor plays the leadership role in Education Department, leading the teaching team to provide superb English training service for customers. Education Supervisor also assists in achieving customer satisfaction, thus improving the company’s image.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out Web’s teaching system to provide standard management and service

2. Train, manage and assess teaching staff on a regular basis, building a professional team

3. Collect students’ feedback, deal with complaints, find and solve problems promptly, improving customer satisfaction

4. Plan and arrange teaching activities and ECAs, and maintain a neat learning environment to improve customer experience

5. Coordinate with other departments

6. Maintain good communication with the head office

7. Participate in marketing events

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, excellent English skills（English language or education majors preferred, 2-year experience of English teaching preferred）

2. Superb leading and organizational skills, quick learner

3. Team player with a strong logical mind and proactive work ethic

4. Passionate about education management, and devoted to providing high-quality service for English learners

5. Good knowledge and in-depth thoughts of English training industry and learners' needs (background, motivation, goals, learning experience, personality and family status)

教学主管

工作职责：

1. 执行总部的教学体系与模式，确保提供标准化的管理及产品

2. 培训、管理和定期考核教学部中外籍教师及助教，培养优秀的教师团队

3. 收集学生意见，处理学生投诉，及时发现并解决问题，提高学员满意度

4. 策划安排旨在活跃教学氛围的各项教学活动及课外活动，管理教学场地，提升服务品质及学员体验

5. 协调教学部和其他部门的配合工作

6. 保持与总部的有效沟通，执行决议

7. 参与组织学校的市场活动

职位要求：

1. 优秀的英语语言能力，听说读写流利，英语语言学或教育学学士以上学历，2年及以上从事相关非母语英语教育教学的工作经验者优先考虑

2. 优秀的领导和组织才能，学习能力强

3. 较强的团队协作意识与执行力，逻辑思维能力强

4. 热爱学习和教学，原投身于教育事业

5. 非常了解英语教育市场的动向和中国学生的情况（背景、学习动机、目标、以往教育经历、个性和家庭生活）
