岗位职责:

Job Responsibilities:

1. 熟悉焊接设备及焊接材料工艺，识图能力强，熟悉焊接行业体系流程（ASME, ISO,GB）并执行流程规范。有IWE资质证书优先。

Familiar with welding machine and welding material process, good of mechanical drawing. Know well of welding system (ASME, ISO, GB) and can implement welding work as procedure. IWE certification will be a plus.

2. 需要协助主管负责产品的焊接质量，帮助改善焊接工艺，优化焊接质量控制流程。定期更新焊接工艺文件。

Assist welding supervisor to control welding quality and improve welding procedure, also need optimize welding quality process and refresh related document.

3. 沟通能力强，愿意改变，本职工作中有很多需要和车间内部员工沟通，外部协调的情形。要有5S 和 精益生产理念。

Good of communication with people and strong willingness of change as company goal. Mindset of 5S & Lean production.

4. 遵守公司各项规章制度，及时完成既定的工作任务。

Obey company rules and proactively deal with assigned task.

5. 负责焊接工艺的审核，保证焊接工艺的正确性与合理性

Responsible for checking welding process, to ensure the correctness and rationality of welding process                                                                         6. 监督焊接工艺的执行，指导现场施焊，监督焊接工艺的贯彻执行，并解决施焊中遇到的焊接技术问题

To supervise the implementation of welding activities, coach the operations on site, and deal with problems encountered in welding.

7. 组织编制本单位有关的焊接管理标准、守则、制度，并监督执行

To organize and establish welding standard, and responsible for the implementation

8. 编审新产品制造焊接工艺试验和焊接工艺评定方案，指导并参加焊接工艺评定工作，审核焊接工艺指导书和焊接工艺评定报告                                                 Edit welding process and evaluation scheme of new products and take part in welding activities to check welding process instructions and evaluation report.                                                                                                

岗位要求：

Requirements:

1. 专科以上学历，

Graduate from Junior college or above

2. 材料类相关专业毕业

Major in material or relate

3. 具体相关机械焊接行业经验（3年左右）。

Better to have 3 years experiences in welding industry.

4. 有一定的外语基础，能简单的英语沟通和邮件书写能力。

A plus if good at English communication and writing e-mail. 

5. 掌握基本的办公软件（EXCEL, PPT, Major in material or related. 

Be able to use office software (EXCEL/PPT/CAD)

6. 对机械图纸熟悉

Familiar with mechanical drawing
