？Job description：

-Be responsible for annual learning plan development, implementation, and training operation (such as, registration, communication, logistic, tracking, reporting, vendor management, etc.).

？-To conduct training needs statistics on a regular basis and customize specific training plans according to the needs for relevant training.

？-Make sure all trainings are delivered on time. Ensures all the trainings conducted with necessary record in compliance with company requirement.

？-Responsible for recruitment full circle for junior positions including searching, screening, interview and selection.

？-To manage and maintain various recruiting channels for talent acquisition, e.g., job board, agency, third-party recruiting vendor, universities etc;

-Conduct background checks for identified candidates

-Other duties/tasks assigned by Manager

Skills: 

-Be familiar with MS office software
