1.Conducts SAP project, enhancement and issue resolve as business analyst and Level 1 support consultant for Shanghai local BU. Coordinate with global Level 2 and Level 3 SAP team to address the local needs and solve the issues.
2.Acts as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
3.Investigates processes and identify root cause problems using the Problem-Solving Process PSP methodology
4.Leads evaluation and implementation of process improvements including needs analysis, scope definition and test plan development and execution
5.Participates in phase 0 process. Communicates and collaborates with external/internal businesses/customers and stakeholders to gather and analyze information and business needs to deliver functional and technical requirements to applications development teams along with business solutions to the organization globally
6.Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, data and workflow analysis
7.Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
8.Responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, writing testing scenarios and scripts along data and functional mapping
9.Acts like the Project Manager to rollout the selected solution and uses the D4 methodology (Designing, Developing, Delivering and Deploying) to properly manage and control the overall project delivery
10.Provides leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering project outputs on time, budget, scope and quality criteria.
11.Standardizes the formality of the training sessions conducted to end-users and key-users and ensure proper sign-offs is handled among all parties involved including the UAT and testing procedures.
12.Identifies business process best practices and suggests process improvements throughout the Phase 0 process.
13.Ensures that all deliverables related to the Phase 0 process are completed in accordance with LBS IT Business Systems’ GD4SD module

任职要求：
1.SAP PP module expertise with at least 2 full cycle SAP project implementation experience as functional consultant or minimum of 5 years of experience as support consultant in discrete manufacturing industry.
2.Familiarity with SAP MM, CO modules, and integrations to other applications.
3.Familiarity with NMPA GMP validation is preferred
4.SAP S/4 HANA implementation or migration experience is preferred
5.SAP Solution Manager experience and knowledge is preferred
6.SAP report builder, ABAP expertise is a plus.
7.Previous experience with PDM/PLM is a plus.
8.SFDC implementation, integration experience is a plus.
9.Strong troubleshoot and problem solving skills
10.Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change. Be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
11.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with people at all levels in both verbal and in writing, in both Chinese and English
12.Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field equivalent
13.Certifications on PMP is preferred.
