POSITION SUMMARY:

The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for managing all operational aspects within the call center to achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost, and delivery performance in line with organization strategy, goals and values.

The Call Center Supervisor ensure the efficient work processes through effective utilization of allocated resources. Provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of Call Centre Agents within the practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist call center manager to oversee efficient, effective and reliable operations of the Call Center.
• Assist to staff management, such as roster, individual performance appraisals and disciplinary issues, up to and including written warnings, in cooperation with human capital programs and alignment with staff policies.
• Assist to staff development & training, especially on line service training.
• Assist to lead in process design, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Focus more on on-line services,

• Help CC manager to develop on line service SOPs
• Deal directly with customers through website, wechat, email, etc.
• Assists patients with appointments in HIS.
• Execute and check clinical roster in HIS

• Activate emergency messages with speed and accuracy.
• Provided excellent customer service, solve patient issues, and work together with other clinic/hospital staff to ensure a great experience for the patient.
• Maintain a tidy and clean working environment at workstation.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Ensure teamwork and participate in all activities related to the smooth running of the department.
• Perform other duties as requested by Manager.
• Information transfer and communicate with internal departments;
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide feedback to patients, handle and made patients appointments and provide feedback to patients;
• Record details of inquiries, comments and appointments;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 year related working experience;
• Familiar with on line sales or customer service,
• Good at data analysis
• Have sense of responsibility and follow up habit
• Able to work independently and effectively during night and overnight shifts;
• Able to work in shifts (morning, day, afternoon, and night), as well as during weekends and public holidays;
• Fluent English, both speaking and writing;
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Flexible and team minded.
