Drive and lead multiple projects from initial concept to final delivery to meet clients’ objectives and needs

    

Responsibilities:

    

·         Manage projects from initial client contact, define scope of work, preparing proposal

    

·         Develop, produce and deliver projects from proposal to after events reports

    

·         Responsible for budget from start to end

    

·         Manage vendors and suppliers relationship, working closely with purchasing manager and production team

    

·         Communicate and maintain timeline and priorities on every project

    

·         Manage operational and administrative processes to make sure efficient progress on each phase of the project

    

·         Conduct onsite inspection of each project

    

·         Always meet and try to exceed clients’ expectation

    

Requirements:

    

·         At least 3 years’ experience in event management filed

    

·         Proven track record of delivering mid to large projects with creative concept and strategy in luxury /fashion/alcohol related brands

    

·         Strong client relationship skills

    

·         Able to work under stress in a fast paced agency

    

·         Trouble shooter , sense of responsibility

    

·         Mandarin and English spoken & written
