Job Description

In this position, you are responsible for the technical coordination of projects with key international customers at our in . Your main task, while overseeing multiple projects and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, is being the technical interface between the SCHERDELGroup Engineering and the technical divisions of our automotive customers.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

Part A: 安全带提醒传感器SBR engineering

1. 拜访客户：含技术讨论，跟踪推进项目，及维护关系。
   Visit customers for technical discussion, following up project status and push projects, and maintaining relationship.
2. 日常与客户交流技术方案和产品提案，解答客户技术疑惑，协助客户解决技术问题。General technical communication with customer engineer, introduction of technical solution and product proposal, answer customer technical doubts, and help solve customer’s technical problems.
3. 从技术应用的角度支持和服务工厂，例如产品培训，应用培训，等等。并与工厂进行项目信息交流和讨论。
   Support and service the plant from technical point of view, including product & project discussion, product & application training, etc.
4. 协助德国技术部门，传递客户需求，并讨论产品应用及项目情况。
   Passing on the requirements from customer, discussion on product, application, and project status with HQ Innotec.
5. 与内部销售交流项目信息 （比如会议，邮件，电话，等等。）
   Communication with sales about project information.
6. 前期项目管理，含相关技术文件的编制和存储。
   Forward project management including drawing up technical files and documentation.
7. 协同支持内部部门处理客户抱怨。
   Support and coordinate with internal departments to deal with customer’s complaint from engineering side.

1. 与实验室安排实验计划：含确认试验内容，平衡试验进度和费用。
2. mmunicate with lab for test plans for all projects, including confirming test contents, balance test proceeding and test costs.
3. 准备测试零件和座椅，跟踪实验进度。与实验室沟通解决实验相关问题，确保实验顺利进行。
   Prepare test samples and seats, and follow up the test progress. Discuss with the laboratory and solve related problems to guarantee test proceeding.
4. 分析实验结果并及时与内部相关方分享和讨论。
5. alyze test results and discuss the test results with internal related parties in time.
6. 与客户沟通确认实验内容和测试计划，后续讨论测试结果和下一步行动。
   Confirm with customer about the test contents and plan, then discuss test results and next steps.
7. 在主机厂或座椅供应商处进行验证性/探究性实验。
   Do some verification and exploratory tests at OEM’s or seat supplier’s location.

1. 有时临时需要，分配的现有其他产品的工程应用、技术研究及市场调研工作。

If necessary for sometimes, other temporarily allocated engineering work, technical research, and market benchmark.

Part B: 未来其他潜在产品应用Other potential product applications in future when necessary.

任职要求 Job Requirements

• 本科以上学历。理工科专业学位，机械制造，材料加工与成型等专业优先。
• cholr Degree or above with engineering major, mechanical manufacturing, material processing and forming are preferred.
• 2年及以上产品工程师或应用工程师工作经验。有座椅系统/弹簧类产品开发和应用的相关经验者优先。2 years or more experiences in product and application engineering. Experience in product development and application engineering in seat system or spring is a preference
• 有PMP证书优先。PMP certification is a preference

工作技能 Working Skill

• Strong technical skills and willing to learn new products
• 熟练使用Microsoft office软件包。Well in using Microsoft office software package.
• 流利的英语的听说读写能力，有德语能力有先。
• uent English with listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. German language is a preference.

• 沟通协调能力 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team
• 愿意出差strong Willingness for business trip (about 40-50% working time)
