1. 从事手机及相关通信产品SMT工艺工作5年以上；
2. 熟悉目前主流贴片设备和钢网制作及炉温曲线制定等工艺技术；
3. 电子或机电相关专业本科毕业；
4. 能独立负责智能手机在SMT工厂的新产品导入。
