Key Responsibilities:
-) Participate in drafting of company compensation policy,be responsible for the statistical and analysis of compensation data, assist company labor cost check and forecast.
-) In charge of annual labor budget, assist in treatment of staff promotion.exchange.salary adjustment,etc.
-) Be responsible for calculation of monthly salary;Assist to develop performance management program.
-) Be responsible for social insurance and house fund and assist the im plementation and management of other company benefits policies.
-) Be responsible for the management of personnel data.

Requirements:
-) Above 2 years relevant work experience.
-) Strong analysis ability and earnest.
-) Can work under high pressure and have strong responsibility.
-) Experienced in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel.
-) Senior college or above, HR relevant major.
-) Can communicate in english during daily work( reading and written).
