工作职责：

- -       Survey and analyse the results of QC-Weekly Report, evaluate quality trends of suppliers;

    

-       Improve timely rate of report uploading and report review;

    

-       Follow up Annual-TS assessment failed supplier;

    

-       Follow up corrective action plan of annual-TS suppliers, show in QC-Weekly Report;

    

-       Manage and update the qualification of auditors;

    

-       Manage and update the health certificate of auditors;

    

-       Investigate suppliers’ satisfaction survey, analyze and evaluate the survey results trends;

    

-       Monitor and optimize the internal workflow.

    

-       质量周报统计分析并展示结果，评价供应商质量趋势；

    

-       督促提升报告提交和评审及时率；

    

-       年度维护未通过供应商跟进；

    

-       供应商整改报告跟进并在质量周报中更新结果；

    

-       咨询顾问专业资质管理更新；

    

-       咨询顾问健康证管理更新；

    

-       安排供应商满意度月度调查，进行供应商满意度趋势评估；

    

-       部门内部工作流程的监控及优化

-       Report and Quality Control

？  Survey and analyze the results of QC-Weekly Report, evaluate quality trends of suppliers;

？  Improve timely rate of report uploading and report review.

-       Supplier corrective action plan follow-up

？  Sort out failed supplier processing flow;

？  Follow-up of corrective action plan, cause analysis and preventive measures and solutions for failed supplier;

？  Analyze supplier corrective action plan and complete annual risk analysis report.

-       Consultant qualification management and risk control

？  Manage and update the qualification of auditors;

？  Communicate and feedback quality issues and risks;

？  Assist in handling product quality complaints;

？  Manage and update the health certificate of auditors;

？  Monitor and optimize the internal workflow.

-       Project & Internal control project development

？  Keep food related law and regulation updated;

？  At least 5 witness audits every year;

？  Unify internal document version;

？  Support quality management project and internal control project development.

-       Supplier Satisfaction Survey

？  Arrange supplier satisfaction survey and evaluate survey results trends;

？  Survey data analysis and summary.

-       报告与质量控制：质量周报统计分析并展示结果，评价供应商质量趋势；督促提升报告提交和评审及时率

-       供应商整改报告跟进：梳理问题供应商处理流程，及时跟进问题供应商整改情况、原因分析、预防措施及解决方案；分析供应商整改情况并形成年度风险分析报告

-       咨询顾问资质管理与风险控制：专业资质管理与更新；及时沟通审核发现的质量问题及风险；投诉分析与处理跟进；咨询顾问健康证管理与更新；部门内部工作流程的监控及优化

-       质量管理及内控项目开发：完成部门法律法规汇总及月度更新；每年至少5次跟审；统一部门内部文件版本；根据公司安排，协助完成质量管理及内部项目开发，保证项目质量和进度

供应商满意度调查：安排供应商满意度趋势评估；调查数据分析及汇总

岗位要求：

- -       Understand the food, agricultural product related industry knowledge；

    

-       Understand ISO quality management HACCP food safety management system and relevant food laws, knowledge and standard；

    

-       Good English reading and writing ability；

    

-       Good knowledge of MS office

    

-       了解食品、农产品相关行业基础知识；

    

-       熟悉并掌握ISO质量管理体系、HACCP食品安全管理体系及相关食品安全管控体系知识；熟悉并掌握国家食品行业方面的法律法规及标准；

    

-       良好的英语阅读和书写能力；

    熟练使用办公软件

-       Above 1 year experiences in relevant food safety and quality management

一年以上食品安全及质量管理相关工作经验

    

-       Major in food, agriculture products or relevant, bachelor or above degree;

    

-       农产品、快消品（食品）相关行业一年以上食品安全以及质量管理经验；

    食品、农产品相关专业，本科及以上学历；
